We had a fun event to celebrate ColorONE's 8th Anniversary!!
First we started off with a cooking lesson. After that we began cooking our meal. Finally we sat down to eat together in the dining room. We were so proud of our delicious food! The menu included Wilted Spinach Salad with Bacon and Apple Dressing, Butternut Squash Risotto with Crispy Pancetta and Mini Apple Crumble. As we ate each course, the chef walked us through a wine pairing.
